• Docnova reserves the right to reject or cancel enrollment if submitted information is false, incomplete, or unverifiable.

2. 💳 Fees & Payments

• All course fees must be paid in full before activation of course access.
• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
• Installment plans may be offered for select programs; failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access.

3. 📦 Course Access & Duration

• Course access is granted for a fixed duration as specified at the time of enrollment.
• Extensions may be requested in writing and are subject to approval and applicable fees.
• Access includes study material, assessments, and—where applicable—clinical training modules.

 

4. 🧑‍⚕️ Certification & Evaluation

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all required modules, assessments, and practicals.
• Docnova reserves the right to withhold certification if:
  • Course requirements are not met
  • Academic dishonesty is detected
  • Fees are unpaid

5. 📜 Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, PDFs, assessments, and branding, is the intellectual property of Docnova.
• Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without written permission.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. 🔐 Privacy & Data Use

• Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By enrolling, you consent to receive communications related to your course, certification, and updates.
• Docnova does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. ⚠️ Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain professional behavior during online and clinical sessions.
• Harassment, abuse, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
• Academic integrity is expected; plagiarism or cheating will lead to disciplinary action.

8. 🛠️ Technical Requirements

• Students are responsible for ensuring access to a stable internet connection, compatible device, and required software.
• Docnova is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party service providers or user-side technical issues.

9. 📆 Changes & Updates

• Docnova may update course content, policies, or schedules without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. 🧾 Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi courts.
• Users agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
